Stewardship Givers - Excel Export

Purpose:  This report lists all givers for the selected location who gave during the selected date range. This report is designed specifically to be exported to Microsoft Excel. To export to Excel, click the little floppy disk icon on the report menu after previewing the report.

Management Use:  Use this report to review the givers for the selected date range.  

Parameter/Filters:  This report allows you to filter by:

  1. Start Date
  2. End Date
  3. Command
  4. Unit

View/Email Options:  This report allows you to:

  1. View the Report on the Screen
  2. Email the Report to yourself or others

If you are at a Corps, you'll only have access to your Corps information.

Output Fields:  This report provides the user with an excel report that includes the following information:

  1. Title
  2. Name (i.e., Smith Family)
  3. Mailing Name (Addressed as inputted into system i.e., Mr. & Mrs, etc.)
  4. Street Address
  5. City, State & Zip
  6. Email
  7. Cartridge
  8. Lifetime Gift Amount
  9. Date Range Gift Amount

If the report you run shows names, right-click anywhere on the report for additional options.
