Step #1 - Accessing Administer Software Users

To view the listing of the Software Users, click Navigate.  Then click "User Administration."

Administer Software Users is an area where you can view Software Users by name. Users can be searched by specific criteria (i.e., Active, Inactive, Filter List by Name or Location). You also have the capability of opening individual records by double clicking on their name for a full overview which includes Active Directory Connection, Role, Location, Contact Info and Action Specific Permissions.  


Administer Software Users is strictly a VIEW ONLY area. Updates/Changes are NOT permitted.

For ease of access throughout the Corps Management System without having to go back to the main "icon" screen as shown above, a Navigate link is located at the upper left hand corner of each screen. Once Navigate is clicked a drop-down menu will appear with the section categories.
