Step # 3 - Add a New Person into Corps Roll
Once you are in Corps Rolls, you will see all members who have profiles. If you do not see their name, you will need to add their information.
- To enter a new person into the system select "Add a Person to this Roll" on the bottom of the page.
***HINT: To practice, add yourself!
This screen will allow you to conduct a quick search to re-verify if the person is in the database or not.
- Person's Full Name* = Enter full name
- Birth date = Enter birth date if you have, but not necessary, unless you have duplicate names.
- Search = Click search

NOTE: if you enter an estimated age, the system will update it each January 1st by 1 year
This screen will appear if the person is in the database. If this is the person you are searching for, click:
- Match = This is my person
This screen will appear with full profile information (i.e., personal info, contact info, demographics, household, relationships, etc.)
This screen will appear if the person is not in the database.
Enter the information accordingly and click save, one of three ways. Please note the mandatory sections: Birth date and Enrollment Type.
- Save and Add a Family Member = Saves the record and reverts back to search screen
- Save and New = Saves the record and reverts back to search screen
- Save and Done = Saves the record and closes out
This screen will appear, if your search results find a person by the name you searched for, but if it is not the person you are searching for, click:
- None of these records match my person.
This screen will appear for a new person entry.
Enter the information accordingly and click save, one of three ways. Please note the mandatory sections: Birth date and Enrollment Type.
- Save and Add a Family Member = Saves the record and reverts back to search screen
- Save and New = Saves the record and reverts back to search screen
- Save and Done = Saves the record and closes out
Go screen by screen and add as much information as you can. For additional detailed instructions, see Step #4
Senior Soldier Ratings
If the individual is a Senior Soldier, a rating system is in place along with if Wears a Uniform. After the new enrollment is created, double click on the person.
The following screen then opens. Here you can complete the following:
- Wears a Uniform = click box to mark as wears a uniform.
- Change the Senior Soldier Rating = click on Show enrollment history.
Highlight and double click the Corps enrollment details:
The following screen then opens. Here you can adjust the rating from the pull-down menu, "Soldier Rating" with the choices of A, B, or C. Select the rating and click Save.
