Step # 1 - Accessing Visitation Records

To access and view Visitation Records, please select "Visitation" from the main menu.

Visitation is an area where you can view the corps visitation schedule and add/edit/delete a visitation. Information can be searched by specific criteria (i.e., Command, Unit and Filtered by Name). The records can be sorted by scheduled, completed or all. You also have the capability of viewing Individual household records for a full overview which includes Personal Info, Contact Info, Demographics, Household, Relationships, Contact Prefs, Enrollments, Troops, Corps Cadets, Groups, Commissions, Transfers, Attendance, Visitation, Giver Records, Notes and Documents.  

For ease of access throughout the Corps Management System without having to go back to the main "icon" screen as shown above, a Navigate link is located at the upper left hand corner of each screen. Once Navigate is clicked a drop-down menu will appear with the section categories.
