How To Fix Multiple Users Error In Lotus Notes
This artilce will show you how to fix the error when a user trys to submit a help desk ticket via email and gets "Multiple Users error"
This issue arises when there are mutliple users with the smae name within their person document. To fix this remove the name from the users person document who is incorrect. In the example below. Linda Lopez/USE/SArmy is the user who is getting the error. As you see Linda M Lopez/EMP/USE/SArmy also has Linda Lopez within her person document. This needs to be remvoed from Linda M Lopez/EMP/USE/SArmy. To do this follow the steps below.
1) Click Edit Person
2) Delete the unwanted entry
CLick Save & Close
