How To Create A HelpDesk Ticket

This article will show you how to create a help desk ticket.

On the Home Page in lotus notes, click on the link I.T.

  1. Click on Service Desk, then on the extended tab..
  2. click on "Send Email to Service Desk" ( see screen capture below)

At this point your  regular email screen will appear as shown below.

  1. Fill in your recipients - Cc and /or Bcc
  2. Fill in your Subject.
  3. Clearly state your issue as concise and accurate as possible.
  4. Hit Send to complete your helpdesk ticket submission.
