How to Contact the Service Desk

This document will show in detail the best ways to recieve support from the IT Service Desk.

The best way to get help is to submit a Support Ticket. Once a support ticket is submitted, IT personel will route the ticket to the appropriate party depending on the equipment or software that needs attention.

To submit a support ticket, open Lotus Notes and open the USE Home Page.

Lotus Notes should start with the USE home page already open. If not, you can click on the Icon above in your workspace to access it.

Next, Click on the "I.T." Link on the top of the page and select "Send email to Service Desk". This will open a new tab in Lotus Notes so you may send an email to the helpdesk.
