Household Documents
To attach one or more documents to the household, click the Household Documents button on the top menu.
1. All attached documents stored in the Lotus Notes database have been imported to this system.
2. To add a new document, click the Choose New Document button.
a. Select a document type.
i. NOTE: if there is a document type that you need that is not in the list, contact SA Help Desk. Document types can be added by a System Administrator.
b. Enter a description and select a document.
c. The Admin section is purely optional:
i. If documents need to be reviewed in your business process, you can set the status of the document to Accepted, Denied or Pending.
ii. If the document is archived, it will not show on the default list of the documents on the screen.
d. Click Submit.
3. To view a document, click the Download button. The document will downloaded to your local machine for viewing.
4. To edit the document meta data, click on the document details row in the document list.
5. You cannot change a document.
6. To delete a document, select the document and click the Delete button.
