LOGGING IN

SA Inform

1. Login to SA Inform ( https://inform.usaeast.org/ ) using your SA credentials.

a. If you have been told that your data is still in the TEST platform, then you will log into https://test-inform.usaeast.org/ .

2. Click on the Application menu item.

3. Click on the Social Services icon. You will automatically be logged into Social Services.

4. You should now see the Social Services Administrator Dashboard.

a. If you don’t see the Social Services icon, contact SA Help Desk.

Logging Out

From any of the screens in the system, the top menu bar will have a menu button labeled Hi,

[username].

The drop down menu on that button offers the following options:

1. Back to SA Inform

a. Selecting this will take you back to the SA Inform home page but will not log you out.

2. Logout

a. Selecting this will log you out of the system and return you to the SA Inform login page.
