Managing Service Types and Funding Sources
- On the left side menu, select System Administration / Manage Corps Static Lookup .
2. The Select Corps list should be defaulted to your corps.
a. If you do not see your corps listed, contact SA Help Desk.
3. You should see a list of all of your service types and funding sources.
4. Filter the list by:
a. Selecting a Data Type (Service or Funding Source).
b. Clicking on a column header in the results table to sort by that column.
c. Using the search box to search for a value.
Adding a New Value
- To add a new value, click the Add New Value button.
a. Select your data type and enter your data value.
b. Corps selection should be defaulted to your corps.
c. If you are entering a Service type, enter your stats code and whether or not there is an amount or unit.
d. Click Submit to save.
e. Click Cancel to cancel the transaction.
Editing an Existing Value
- Click on the item you want to edit in the list of values.
a. Edit your data as necessary. NOTE : changing a data value here will not change any records using that value.
b. Corps selection should be defaulted to your corps.
c. If you are entering a Service type, enter your stats code and whether or not there is an amount or unit.
d. Click Submit to save.
e. Click Cancel to cancel the transaction.
Deleting an Existing Value
- Click on the item you want to delete in the list of items.
a. NOTE: exercise caution when deleting an item - there may be records using this value.
b. Click the delete button.
c. Click the ‘Yes, delete it!’ button.
d. The results list will be updated.
