How to create a document link in lotus notes.
The following article will show you email a link to a Lotus Notes datbase to another user.
Clcik on your workspace.
You are now in your workspace. Right click on the database you want to send, then click on Application, then copy as a link
Now that you have copied the database as a link you are ready to paste it into a email to send. Right right click in the body of your email draft. Then paste the link into the email.
You will now see a blue book icon in the body of the email after selecting paste
You can now finish the draft and send your email. When the person opens the link it will add the icon automatically to their workspace.
