A: The migration will copy over all emails that are not in private folders or your archive. If you have a private folder, which is designated by a folder with a figure on it, the contents must be moved to a non-private folder. You can do this by creating a new folder, selecting all the emails in the private folder, and moving them to the new folder.

For those emails that you want from your archive folders, you will need to copy those emails to your inbox, so they can be transferred to Outlook
