Use Adobe Acrobat Pro if you need to create or edit PDF files.
To make Adobe Acrobat your default PDF program follow the steps below.
Go to your windows explorer
1. Right click on a PDF file
2. Click on "Open With"
3. Then click on choose default program.
4. A window will appear click on Adobe Acobat then OK.
